Challenge: PACE is a complicated financing program, and the content and data for this piece reflected that. My task was to make this slew of information simple to navigate, appealing to look at, and educational, giving local elected officials a sense that PACE is an approachable, useful solution for the people in their communities.
Solution: In order to help this piece stand out from the countless other marketing materials elected officials receive, I chose a non-traditional shape with a distinct accordion fold. I organized the copy in a way that balanced copy blocks and data, making statistics as graphic as possible, to make the entire piece easier to digest.
